About > Mission
As Minnesotans we care about what happens in our state. We believe that
Minnesotans know what is right and want to take action when they see that
something is wrong.
End Pound Seizure Minnesota is a local, non-profit, grassroots organization that was formed by concerned Minnesotans. Our mission is to educate the public about pound seizure in Minnesota, and to support the mission of animal shelters in reuniting lost pets with their owners and finding suitable homes for abandoned animals by advocating for an end to pound seizure in Minnesota.

End Pound Seizure Minnesota is a non-profit organization. All donations
are used to support our work to end pound seizure in Minnesota. And because
End Pound Seizure Minnesota is an all volunteer organization, we have
no paid staff — your donation goes directly to increasing awareness
about pound seizure. Because we work on legislation, donations are not
tax-deductible.
To make a donation, choose either of these two options:
- Mail your donation to End Pound Seizure Minnesota, P.O. Box 18413, Minneapolis, MN 55418-4714.
- Make a donation online via PayPal, which is a secure online payment site.
- Click the Donate button below.
- Enter your donation amount and then click Update Totals (at the top of the form).
- Enter your billing information if you're not a PayPal member or log in to PayPal if you are a member.
- Follow the PayPal prompts to complete your donation — please tell us in the "special instructions to the seller" field what your donation is for (for example, $10 for two pet ID tags).
